Review your ReBeat AI Flows in Your ESP
Once ReBeat AI is live, Ground automatically creates and activates a series of flows in your ESP (e.g. Klaviyo or Attentive) designed to drive repeat purchases and subscriptions.
Steps:
- Open your ESP (Klaviyo or Attentive) 
- Navigate to the Flows, Journeys or Automations section 
- Search for flows labeled with “- Ground” 
- Confirm each flow is marked as Live 
These flows are fully managed by the Ground team and are designed to run in parallel with your existing post-purchase flows. If you're unsure which flows are Ground-powered, your Client Success Manager can confirm naming and setup.
No changes are needed on your end — just ensure you communicate to the team if the flows are edited so we can adjust ours properly.

| Where can I find the ReBeat AI flows? | ReBeat AI flows are created and activated by Ground in your ESP (Klaviyo or Attentive). Look for flows labeled with terms like “- Ground” or based on use cases like winbacks, replenishment, or second purchase nudges. | 
| How do I know if the flows are active? | Open your ESP, go to the Flows, Journeys or Automations section, and check that each Ground-provided ReBeat AI flow is marked as Live.  | 
| Can I edit or pause ReBeat AI flows? | ReBeat AI is fully managed by Ground to ensure performance. If you'd like to make changes — e.g., align tone, pause a flow, or swap content — please notify your CSM first. This allows us to maintain flow integrity and avoid gaps in retention coverage. | 
| Why haven’t I seen any sends in the ReBeat AI flows? | ReBeat AI only targets customers with high repeat-purchase intent. If segments are too narrow or flows are paused, you may not see sends. Check flow status and contact your CSM to confirm targeting. | 
| Will ReBeat AI interfere with my post-purchase or winback flows? | No — ReBeat AI flows run in parallel and are optimized to avoid overlap with your existing ESP logic. | 
| Where do I see how ReBeat AI is performing? | Log in to your Ground dashboard, scroll to Features, and click ReBeat AI. You’ll find revenue generated, conversion performance, and key trends. | 
| How do I know if ReBeat AI is still running correctly? | If your Ground dashboard is showing revenue under ReBeat AI and your ESP flows are live, everything is functioning. If not, reach out to your CSM. |
