Review your Welcome Flows
Where to look:
Greet AI automatically generates flows in your connected email or SMS platforms (like Klaviyo or Postscript).
Steps:
- Log into your ESP (e.g., Klaviyo) 
- Go to the “Flows” tab 
- In the search bar, type: - Ground
- Look for flows like - Welcome - Ground
- Click into each to review the messaging and logic 
- Confirm with your Ground contact when approved 
💡 Tip: Greet flows are named to match your existing structure with “- Ground” at the end.

Monitor Your Greet AI Performance
Once your welcome flow is live, you can track Greet AI performance directly in your dashboard.
Steps:
- Go to app.joinground.com 
- Scroll down to find “Features” 
- Select Greet AI 

View key metrics:
- Revenue added by Ground 
- Date breakdown 
- Visitors added to your subscriber list 

Common Issues & FAQs
| Why is the Popup showing too many times? | This usually happens when the internal team is visiting the website frequently during QA or internal testing. The Greet AI popup is configured to appear up to 2 times per session by default for users showing high opt-in intent. → Want to reduce this to 1 time per session? Let your Ground contact know. | 
| Can we change the popup during a sale or promo? | Yes, but please notify the Ground team ahead of time. We’ll need to know: - When the change will happen - How long it will last - What the new creative or tool will be 
 This is crucial for maintaining proper data tracking — except for Klaviyo, where you can manage this directly. | 
| How does popup targeting work? | Greet AI uses first-party signals like browsing behavior, time on site, and device type to determine when to display the popup. The goal is to maximize opt-ins without harming user experience. | 
| Why are users receiving too many emails? | This can happen if filters or delays are missing in a welcome or winback flow. Double-check: 1. If the user is being re-enrolled in overlapping flows 2. Whether suppression lists or flow filters are applied correctly Your Ground team can help clean up logic or adjust frequency settings. | 
| We’re seeing emails sent to the wrong customer profiles. What’s happening? | This is likely due to improper flow targeting, or a sync issue between your ESP and the Ground pixel. Reach out to your CSM to audit targeting conditions. |

Your marketing platform (e.g., Klaviyo or Attentive) You can also monitor Greet AI flows directly in your ESP: - Search for the flow named "Welcome - Ground" - Use your platform’s built-in analytics to view performance by message. If you're unsure which view to rely on or need help interpreting results, reach out to your Ground team. | 
| How much revenue can Greet AI drive? | While results can vary by brand, Ground is designed to deliver measurable performance from day one. For Greet AI specifically, we aim to deliver at least 2x ROI on new customer acquisition efforts. You can monitor your own results in the Ground Dashboard under Reporting, or directly within your ESP (e.g., Klaviyo or Attentive). If you ever have questions about performance or ROI tracking, reach out to your Ground CSM. | 
| The signup form is not collecting leads — what should I check? | Confirm the form is Live in your ESP (e.g., Klaviyo > Signup Forms) Confirm it’s connected to the correct. List or Segment If using a non-Klaviyo popup, reach out to your Ground CSM to verify if it’s functioning | 
| What happens if the Ground pixel is missing? | If the pixel is removed (often during theme updates), Ground loses visibility into user behavior — and can’t trigger popups or flows. → We monitor pixel presence daily and will alert your team via email. → To reinstall it, follow this short Loom video |
