Your centralized hub for performance visibility. The Ground Dashboard gives you real-time insights into how your flows are performing - from top-of-funnel acquisition to repeat purchases. Easily track incremental revenue, ROI, and subscriptions across email and SMS. The dashboard keeps everything transparent and actionable — no guesswork, just clarity.
Adding a Participant to Your Organization
If you’re not already a member of your brand’s organization on the Ground App, please send the email you’d like to use to the Ground Client Success team. We’ll set up your account on our end.
Once that’s done, follow these steps:
- Sign up using your email (you can choose “Continue with Google” or use a standard email/password). 
- After signing up, you’ll see a welcome message. Click “Get Started” — this will take you directly to your brand’s dashboard. 
Invite a Member to Your Organization
- On the main page of your dashboard, click on “Invite your team” at the top right. 

- Enter the email of the team member you would like to add and then click “Add 

- Select “Member Type”: 

- Click on “Send Invite” 
Navigate the Dashboard
- Performance by Ground- Forecasting View- The Forecasting View on the Ground dashboard shows how much revenue has been generated so far and projects how much you’re on track to generate by the end of the year. It uses your current performance to estimate future results and displays it visually with a progress bar against a full-year goal.  
- Detailed View- The Detailed View breaks down actual revenue generated by Ground over time, displayed month-by-month. It shows total revenue on the left and a bar chart below, highlighting Ground-attributed revenue alongside any associated subscription costs. - This view provides a transparent picture of performance progression since going live — helping your brand see exactly when and how Ground is driving results.  - Note: The ROI (Return on Investment) shown is calculated based on the billing cycle, not month-to-date. - 2.1 Filters in Detailed View- The Filters panel lets you customize the performance data displayed in the Detailed View. It includes the following options: - Source: Choose which platform’s data to display — such as Klaviyo, Attentive, or view All sources. This helps isolate performance by channel to understand which platform is driving the most revenue. 
- Region: This filter allows you to segment performance data by geographic region. If your organization operates in multiple regions, you’ll be able to select from available options (e.g., US, EU). Otherwise, it will default to your assigned region. 
- Period: Select the time range for the data shown in the chart. Options include timeframes like Last 12 months, allowing you to analyze trends over specific durations. 
 - After selecting your filters, click Apply to refresh the dashboard with your selected parameters.  
 
- Features- Overview- This view showcases how performance data is displayed across Ground’s three core AI products—Greet AI, ReCartify, and ReBeat AI. The numbers shown here are sample data only, meant to help users understand how the dashboard will look once live data is available. - Each card highlights: - Revenue attributed →Refers to the total amount of revenue that Ground helped generate through a specific automation (Greet AI, ReCartify, or ReBeat AI). 
- Incremental lift → It represents the additional revenue generated as a direct result of Ground, compared to what would have occurred without it. 
- A short description of what the feature is designed to do  
 
 1.1 Filters in Features View- The Filters panel lets you customize the performance data displayed in the Features View. It includes the following options: - Source: Choose which platform’s data to display — such as Klaviyo, Attentive, or view All sources. This helps isolate which platform is contributing to each feature’s revenue impact. 
- Region: This filter allows you to segment performance data by geographic area. If your account spans multiple regions, you’ll be able to select from options like US, EU, etc. Otherwise, the default region will apply automatically. 
- Period: Set the date range for the results shown — including options like Last 30 days, to help evaluate recent performance across Ground’s features. 
 - After selecting your filters, click Apply to update the dashboard with your chosen view.  
 1.2 View Button- Clicking the View button on any feature in the Features View opens a Detailed View Window — giving you a closer look at that specific automation’s performance over time. - Greet AI:- The Detailed View for Greet AI includes: - Total revenue added by a Ground feature over the selected period 
- Filtering options to adjust source, region, and time period 
- A daily performance chart, showing how much revenue was driven each day 
 - This view helps you better understand when and how Greet is driving results, making it easier to spot trends, peak days, and campaign impact. - Scroll down to see how many visitors Ground helped add to your subscriber list. - The “Visitors added to your subscriber list” metric shows the total number of new contacts captured via Ground-powered pop-ups during the selected period. 
- Below the number, you’ll find a direct link to your recipients list in Klaviyo, so you can easily review, manage, or export those new sign-ups. 
 - Please note: This data point is exclusive to Greet AI, as it's focused on new user acquisition and email growth.  
 
- ReCartify- The Detailed View for ReCartify includes: - Total revenue added by Ground over the selected period 
- Filtering options to adjust source, region, and time period 
- A daily performance chart, visualizing when revenue was captured across abandonment flows 
 - This view helps you track which days ReCartify is driving conversions and understand the cadence of recovered revenue. - Scroll down to review revenue broken down by flow type, including: - Browse abandonment 
- Cart abandonment 
- Checkout abandonment 
- Site abandonment 
 - Each flow shows the revenue it contributed, along with a direct link to the corresponding flow in your ESP (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive), allowing you to review the setup and performance details within your platform.  
- ReBeat AI- The Detailed View for ReBeat AI includes: - Total revenue added by Ground over the selected period 
- Filtering options to adjust source, region, and time period 
- A daily performance chart, showing how much retention revenue was driven by ReBeat AI each day 
 - This view helps you understand how and when ReBeat AI is influencing repeat purchases and unlocking incremental revenue through predictive targeting. - Scroll down to see how many customers were reached by ReBeat AI vs. standard flows: - Ground: Customers reached exclusively by Ground’s AI-powered ReBeat AI flow 
- Standard: Customers reached by your brand’s existing retention flows 
- Overlap: Customers reached by both flows (if any) 
 - This comparison helps you measure ReBeat AI’s unique contribution and ensure no conflicts or redundancies in your retention strategy. - A link to your recipient list in your ESP (e.g., Klaviyo) is provided for easy access to review or manage the targeted audience.
