Solution
EVOLVh joined forces with Ground AI use its haircare quizzes, and customer data to predict more accurately who specifically out of their entire customer base needed which product, and by when. Given the haircare space is one that lends itself very well to personalization and customers desire a high level of care, Ground AI was able to step in quite perfectly.
Ground used it’s AI and customized the engine trained on EVOVLh improving the product recommendations featured in the brand’s Winback Flows; these produced an increase of Winback customer revenue by 12x, an abandoned cart revenue conversion increase of 57%, and an ROI of 10.4x. The partnership continues to enhance both customer retention and revenue generation.
