Setting up the integration

Starting from the Ground platform, navigate to the Integrations page under Settings > Integrations, and click Connect Services.

Click Connect on the Yotpo card.

You will be prompted to connect the Yotpo <> Ground Integration, as visible in the pop-up screen, shown below:

Click Connect and you'll be taken back to our platform where you can see that the integration was successfully installed:

If you navigate to your Yotpo email and sms dashboard and click Integrations you should now see that Ground has been successfully installed.

You're all set! You can now enjoy all Ground features and AI powered triggers. Our dedicated Customer Success team will be ready to help you set up any flows necessary.
